These delish Paleo Balls are gluten & dairy free. Handy to throw into a lunch box and just to nibble as you're on the go. They're delicious, low in sugar and remind me of a Terry's Chocolate Orange. They are super easy to make, and they last in the fridge for about a week.
50g Medjool dates (deseeded)
150g Dried apple
150g Cashew nuts
85g flax Seeds
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Place all of the above into a food processor and mix to form a paste. Roll into bite size balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
50g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa)
1 drop of doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil
Melt the chocolate, add the Wild Orange & use a fork to roll the balls in the coating.
